Project description:
The project involves intercepting wireless and wired links between abiomedical device and its controller. The engineer should understand andestablish the communication link between an android app, a communicatingdevice, and a biomedical device with probes. Establishing the linkbetween this apparatus is straight forward. The major task of theproject involves the use of radio frequency apparatus to intercept anddisrupt the link between the former 3 devices. This can be achieved withthe help of radio apparatus that can generate signals of variousprotocols. Noise signals need to be generated that can cause disruptionof the wireless link which should be quantified through a test.
Profile:
The candidate should be self-driven and motivated.Ability to program microcontrollers.Handle oscilloscope and monitor or log high bit rate data.
Duration:
Expected to complete the task in 8 weeks with 40 hour/week.
