‍Commitment: Part-Time, Student Volunteer ∼ 3h per week

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated student to join our Head Quarter team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the culture of Neurotech Leuven by managing recruitment, enhancing member engagement, and ensuring an effective onboarding process for new talent. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and align people strategies that support the organization's goals and values.Your primary responsibilities will include leading the recruitment process, from posting new opportunities to interviewing and onboarding members. You will also focus on developing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture, ensuring that all members remain actively engaged and supported. You will also serve as the point of contact for project feedback for improvement. Collaboration with the executive team will be essential, as you will support strategic objectives and contribute to the growth and success of Neurotech Leuven.

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone with a strong interest in human resources, organizational management, or people-focused roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are key, as well as the ability to foster an inclusive and engaging environment for a diverse group of students. While prior experience in HR, recruitment, or leadership roles is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset, along with a passion for neurotechnology and its potential to make an impact.
